About Our Survey

At University Hospitals, we believe in providing patients with all the information they need to make educated decisions about their health care and to choose the right doctor to meet their needs. That is why we partner with the independent patient satisfaction company Press Ganey to survey patients about their experiences at UH facilities and with UH physicians. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of care and are dedicated to creating a positive patient experience for every individual who sees a UH doctor.

With my regular provider being out for the day at the time I was looking for an appointment, it was so great to be able to see Dr. Greene instead. Even though I had never seen him before, his warm demeanor, ease of communication, and consultation of my medical history put me at ease and I would definitely see him again.

Dr. Greene is all the things I look for in a physician, especially after the last UH doctor I had. He gives eye contact, displays appropriate humor and voices sincerity in his conversation. I have referred Dr. Greene to 2 others, and one has followed thru making an appointment. Need more caring doctors.

Was first-time visit with Dr. Greene. He listened very well and took lots of notes. Because it was my first time with him, it's hard for me to comment further, but I look forward to working with him. Receptionists were very friendly, both in person and on the phone making the appointment. This is VERY important.

Dr Greene and staff have been GREAT!!! I have been to other doctors in past several months to find a doctor and staff that treats patients with respect and dignity that they should be treated. I don't think I would be this lucky again to find such a GREAT team if I had to.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Gregory Greene, DO did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.

There is no publicly available rating for this medical professional because he or she either does not see patients or has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and a true reflection of patient satisfaction.

UH Quality Care Network, is a collaboration among independent and UH employed providers. The focus is on improving the quality and efficiency of care, as well as reducing the cost of care.
