About
Marcia L. Columbro, MD, is a pediatrician with Partners in Pediatrics in Westlake, Ohio, and a member of the Rainbow Care Network, the region’s largest coordinated group of medical professionals providing care to children. She has admitting privileges at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and is Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
Dr. Columbro earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, cum laude, from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed a residency in pediatrics at UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital.
Prior to joining the UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital staff in 1995, Dr. Columbro was in private practice in Lakewood and Strongsville. She is board certified in pediatrics.
Dr. Columbro is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her volunteer activities include serving on the board of the Epilepsy Association and the Advisory Board of the Polaris Career Center Medical Assisting Progra in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
In her leisure time, Dr. Columbro enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities.
