Dr. Tegader and *** are fantastic. They listen to everything we ( as first time parents) have questions and concerns about. They answer with no judgement.

*** had a fever and the team was able to get him in same day to get checked. He ended up having an ear infection. When he was not getting better with the antibiotic, they were able to get him again again to follow up. Team is very compassionate and kind. We are very thankful for nurse *** and Dr. Tegeder.

Dr. Tegeder was excellent as usual. She is always patient with all my questions and makes sure she takes the time to answer them. She never rushes me. Her nurse Felicia is also excellent. My son hates getting shots and *** always understanding and helps him through the shots in a kind way. They are a great team.

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
