Patient Experience Reviews
Very helpful with any concerns that I had.
Dr.Hussain does an excellent job when I see him. My only concern and issue I have with this office is the lack of attention and time when a prior authorization is needed for a medication. I hace chronic and severe migraines and I currently have been without my monthly med injection because I've been waiting on a prior authorization to happen. This is the second time my pharmacy has let me know that my prior authorization has been held up because of this office. The first timecwas because they did not follow through with a medication prior authorization. The second time is due to a prior authorization waiting for over a week. I have missed work, had panic attacks, and have had to cancel time with my family because of my medication not being dealt with quickly.
Very good visit - very professional staff!
Excellent care Always!!!
I was very pleased and felt more confident about my health and prescriptions because Dr. Hussain explained the medicine I was taking in words I could totally understand. ***
I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Hussain's office. Everyone was friendly and receptive to my concerns . Dr Hussain put me at ease. This was my first appointment. He had looked at my chart that I had forwarded to him from my previous neurologist. He ordered a couple of additional tests he thought I needed to get. I was able to do the tests in Geneva- which was good. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hussain!

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
