I like Dr. Wurst. I have anxiety going to the doctors but she is so kind. She makes me feel good after my visits even though I may have a new issue to take care of. She's great!
No one from the office notified me of blood test results because I used my chart for that info. I absolutely am extremely satisfied with Dr. Wurst as my provider. I would follow her where ever she practices.

Dr Wurst is great. Your medical assistant was inept, uncaring, didn't listen and had an attitude. I was on crutches yet she asked me to get on the scale and then had an attitude when I told her that I couldn't. She didn't offer a wheelchair, even though one was available. She didn't walk me to the examining room or go ahead of me so the door was almost closed and the light was off. She came into the room angry when she should have had compassion. She asked me about a medication and I said I didn't need a refill because I just received one, she sent the order to the local pharmacy anyway. Clearly she doesn't listen to the patients. This isn't the first time things like this have happened. She never apologized or offered any explanation for her rudeness. Because of my providers medical staff I would NOT recommend anyone to this practice.
Dr. Wurst listened carefully to my concerns and questions and answered them to my satisifaction.

Dr. Wurst scheduled my next appointment. She kindly explained the updating of MyCare to Epic. I have two accounts and I could not understand why, now I know and understand. Entire staff was professional and caring.

Dr Jen is the first doctor who has treated my diabetes with a game plan to bring my A1c score back into the normal range. We celebrated that score on our last visit. It's been 3 months and she's directed my care so I can be healthier and celebrate dropping pounds and medications as well. She is an encouraging doctor and I truly feel we are a team. I never felt that way with any other doctor. She is a true gift from God for me.

My visit was everything I needed fo my physical. The team there was great
My experience with my doctor has always been good. Her nurse and office staff not so much, and for a while was quite bad but it is improving with a replacement of staff. Medical results are posted on my chart which I could not access and even after asking the PA and OM to put a note on my chart to call with results and/or requests that wasn't followed.
Dr. Jen is the first doctor to take time to problem solve and find ways to make me healthier rather than add another prescription . She really takes an interest in her patients.
Dr. Wurst is very through with her exam and very professional.
