I have been going to dr Vincent systercic for over*****and have never had a problem with him or his staff. Typically there is only a 5minue wait, however I didn't have a scheduled appt which is why I waited a little longer than 15minutes. I was grateful that he was able to see on short notice.u

Dr. Sustersic has been my providing excellent healthcare to me and over ** members of my family for over ** yrs. He's very professional, kind and easy to talk to. He's the only doctor that I trust with my healthcare and can depend on him to provide excellent service and I know that I can talk to in about anything without feeling uncomfortable. Dr. Vincent Sustersic is a great doctor and Parma UH should have more like him. Please keep questions about my healthcare and not asking if my doctor sat down or was standing when talking to me. I find it to be most ridiculous. What difference does it make? Could care less if he were standing on his head. As long as he's treating me, it really doesn't matter. He's just a wonderful doctor and it is rare to find one like him. Best doctor ever.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Vincent Sustersic did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
