My housemate met my care provider and liked her and wants her to be her care provider and my care provider said my housemate should take care of me and she said we take care of each other.
This was my first visit with Dr. Stanescu. I feel very blessed to have her as my doctor. She was patient and understanding of all my questions and gave explicit answers.

Dr. Roxanna Stanescu is a caring, thoughtful and most thorough doctor. I have many friends that I have recommended to see her and they are equally pleased with her care. I am leaving her only because we are moving out of state and I can only hope that I find an internist with the same qualities. My relationship with her goes back many many years and it will be hard to find someone to replace her. Her medical assistant Tatiana is equally kind and personable and is very efficient at her job. She walked me through getting my records transferred when the time comes. A wonderful medical practice to be a part of.

Dr r. Stanescu and her medical team are warm, friendly and patient, just what I want whether I'm well or sick. Dr Stanescu ask questions that make me feel that I'm helping make the decisions about my health care.
I know I am lucky to have dr. Stanescu for such a long period of over ten years, she knows my medical history and caught my prostate cancer very early.
I am generally very healthy. I now experienced a stomach flu + pneumonia simultaneously (I just thought I was dehydrated). Dr. Roxanna has been very diligent at getting to the root cause of my issues plus my potassium levels being too high. Excellent communication and follow up.
My doctor, Roxana Stanescu, was extremely pro-active regarding my recent health problem. She sent me to the ER (high fever) & was very focused on getting my issues resolved. She called me at home to make sure I was prescribed an antibiotic (I was diagnosed with pneumonia). I was not notified about the pneumonia diagnosis when discharged from Ahuja & was not given a prescription. I was simply told to follow up with my doctor (which I did). I was under the Impression I was simply dehydrated. Dr. Roxana personally made sure I got the prescription needed (timely) and we also discussed other issues I was experiencing. This latest office visit was a follow up to make sure my blood work & chest x-ray were "normal".
Dr. Stanescu has always been thorough. I can ask her anything in regards to my health issues. She always provides options and suggestions to things that I can do to improve and maintain my health.
I love my provider Dr. Roxana Stanescu and entire staff. They are always friendly and professional. They make you feel like you're at home it's just comfortable and cheerful. I have never had a bad experience in any department or any other facility. All 10's for me to the Staff at University Hospital!!!

I have been under Dr. Roxannas care for many many years as well as recommending her to friends and finding out other friends also see her. She is compassionate, she listens and answers questions thoughtfully and with ease in understanding. She knows her patients well and remembers what you have said in prior visits. I feel so blessed to have found her and the wonderful care she has given me throughout the years.
I simply adore Dr. Stanescu and her staff. Dr. Stanescu was my mom's PCP and I loved the way she cared for and talked to her. That's why I chose her. She is the best physician I've had so far and I pray that she stays in her practice for a long, long time. She takes time to listen to me, she thoroughly explains things so that I have a clear understanding about what's going on with this body AND when I have a health issue that is not her expertise, she refers me to the right physician. She also does NOT prescribe medication until she sees me and that, I love. She is the best!!!!
