Dr. Mason is wonderful. We feel so lucky to have her as our pediatrician for our daughter! everyone at the office has been wonderful with us. The wait times are out of control however. this last visit, our appointment was at 10:30 am. We finally saw the Dr. at close to noon. Our daughter was exhausted at that point. It's a bad time of year for sickness, and I appreciate that our pediatrician's office does their best to provide care for all children as needed, us included when we have an an emergency visit. But we never have less then a 30-40 minute wait when we have an appointment. We love Dr. Mason so much, that we still keep with this office though. She is simply the best for our daughter.

The wait time is always long but Dr Mason takes her time and does not make you feel rushed or ignored once in the exam room with you. I always have to plan much more time than what the appointiment should take.

Chardon Pediatric is such an amazing office. I love everyone there and so does my daughter. Dr. Laura Mason is one of the best! She takes the time to explain everything very thoroughly. That means the world to me. Not all but some rush you right out and send you on your way but not Dr. Mason......Also Melissa at the front desk makes you feel very welcome on the phone and in the office. Thank You Chardon Pediatrics
