Dr. Jones is VERY personable, and had read my chart thoroughly. *** I respect her knowledge, thoroughness, and readiness to answer MyChart requests thoughtfully and in a timely manner. Her appointment schedule is VERY full but that speaks to a shortage of primary care providers generally, and possibly her popularity.

Dr. Jones and staff always provide consistently prompt, thorough and professional service during my visits. Appointment scheduled prior to leaving the patient room.
Good visit. Dr. Jones is very attentive and easy to converse with. Her assistant echo her mannerisms.
I am pleased with my PCP and the staff at her office. The only issue I had was receiving a prescription, which now has to be approved by my health insurance provider and my PCP office. My health provider and/or mail order prescription company has trouble connecting with my PCP office to obtain approval and the necessary information for their approval.
