Dr. "J" is one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time! Have seen other doctors at UH... Some not very impressive. Dr "J" was very accommodating with me, and explained everything with my blood work, and how it is all tied in, as well as the results. I needed a Rx for an updated med, and he took care of it quickly. He is #1 with me and others I know that have him as their doctor

Dr. Jerzmensky, Dr. J. As we call him is the best Primary Care doctor my husband and I have ever (and I mean EVER) had. He genuinely cares, takes time with you to understand how you are really feeling and any issues you might have. He is quick to refer to a specialist if he feels we need to see one. He is the most thorough doctor we have evr had. I recommended him to my good friend and after her visit with him, she agreed with me wholeheartedly. She thanked me for telling her about him. We love our Dr. J. !!!!

Yes, you have to wait to see Dr. J but it is worth the wait. He is extremely thorough and caring. I am the caregiver for my husband, who is the patient, and I really feel like he listened to and addressed my concerns.
I know beforehand this provider runs long. I don't mind. Even though he runs late, he does not rush me. I appreciate that.

The provider has always been attentive and concerned about me as a patient. The new nurse assistant that was present during my last visit was cold, distant, appeared to reluctantly ask about the meds/vits I was taking. Needs work on 'bedside' manner and displaying a polite and friendly demeanor.
Dr J office has always been amazing and I'll never leave him! I drive 1.5 hour up and 1.5 hour home because I love and trust him and his office.

I've had dr j way back when he started out at *** permenety when I had *** and I lost him for a few years then I was driving down the road in *** and saw his name on a sign in front of a medical building and I called the number up and it was dr j so very happy even my wife loves him also I feel so safe with him he's saved our lives many times over and over thank you dr j your the very best dr and so glad he's with portage u h medical the very best hospital in the world
