The 12th Annual Rainbow Radiothon raised more than $300,000 for University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, thanks to the generosity of the community and UH physicians and employees. The 13-hour event was supported by radio partner Cleveland’s New 102.1 FM and presenting sponsor Petitti Garden Centers.

Rainbow Radiothon, a Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals fundraiser, shared inspirational stories of love, hope and compassion featuring the young patients of UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, their families and the dedicated staff who care for them. A dedicated group of volunteers, including members of the Cleveland Browns staff, manned the phones as the lines lit up with donations and heartfelt patient testimonials.

Proceeds from Rainbow Radiothon benefit important programs and services at UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. Since 2003, Rainbow Radiothon has inspired more than $3 million in giving from the community. UH physicians and employees are big supporters of the event, accounting for nearly one-third of all donors this year. Rainbow Radiothon and other fundraising events are vital to UH’s efforts to provide the highest quality care to pediatric patients and their families.
