University Hospitals recognized as a top employer in Northeast Ohio by The Plain Dealer's inaugural Top Workplaces program
University Hospitals has been recognized as a top employer in The Plain Dealer's inaugural Top Workplaces program. In fact, the entire UH System, along with its joint venture hospitals, St. John Medical Center and Southwest General Health Center, were the only health care entities in Northeast Ohio to be recognized in the large employer category. To rank the 129 participating companies, The Plain Dealer administered a 22-question survey to employees, who answered questions related to their company's direction, ability to execute, career opportunities, manager competence, and pay and benefits. The results were published in Sunday's edition of The Plain Dealer.
