Rainbow Babies & Children’s Foundation: Rainbow Babies & Children’s Foundation (RBCF) is a supporting organization of University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. The foundation is a committed, creative and entrepreneurial board that advocates for children and generates financial, corporate and community support for the mission of UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. RBCF consists of 36 current board of trustees members and 102 past trustees.
