Refer a Patient

To refer your patient in the areas of cardiovascular disease, cancer, digestive health and neurosciences or to find out more, choose a specialty:

If you’ve diagnosed a patient with a cardiovascular condition, cancer or a neurological condition, have your patient seen by a UH specialist. We will work with you to ensure that your patient has the correct diagnosis, as well as access to a wide variety of treatment options.

Once the referral is made, your patient will have an appointment within 24 hours. Then, when the diagnosis and best treatment options have been determined, we will provide you with the necessary information for further follow-up and treatment.
