Locations and Preparation Instructions
Testing locations:
UH Case Medical Center Radiology Department - Bolwell Building, Room 2600
UH Twinsburg Health Center – Radiology Department, Suite 103
Preparing for the test:
Avoid caffeine and tobacco products the morning of the test.
Wear comfortable clothing.
The test will take approximately 20-30 minutes total; the actual CT scan will be about 5 minutes.
Payment instructions:
A financial counselor will contact you prior to the test to review the payment process and will provide directions to the reception desk.
The test will cost $99.00 and is payable at the time of service.
Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card.
Insurance information will be collected prior to service; however, you and/or your insurance provider will
NOT
be billed for test.
Follow-up:
Your test results will be sent via US mail. You should receive them within 7 – 10 business days of your test.
A copy of the report will also be sent to your referring doctor.
