Memory and Cognition Center
The Neurological Institute’s Memory and Cognition Center is based at UH Case Medical Center in Cleveland and also offers services at UH Foley Elderhealth Center. Our internationally recognized experts devote themselves to caring not only for patients but their families too, through what may be a difficult process.
We offer a team approach that helps maintain physical, emotional and cognitive fitness, as well as a measure of stability and comfort for patients.
Conditions we treat include:
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Vascular dementia
- Frontotemporal dementia
- Dementia with Lewy bodies
- Mild cognitive impairment
- Parkinson’s disease dementia
- Normal pressure hydrocephalus
- Other dementias
- Huntington’s disease
- Autism in adults
- Adult Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Down’s syndrome (Trisomy 21)
In addition to these services we have expanded our Neuropsychology program to provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and treatment across the system for a wide range of neurological disorders.
