In addition, Drs. Katirji and David C. Preston have frequently directed or lectured at courses held during the annual meetings of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Dr. Katirji is the author of the textbook, Electromyography In Clinical Practice: A Case Study Approach, in its second edition, used in training programs across the country.
Drs. Preston and Shapiro are the authors of Electromyography and Neuromuscular Disorders: Clinical-Electrophysiologic Correlations, Textbook with CD-ROM , recognized as among the best textbooks for students, residents and practitioners.
Drs. Katirji, Preston and Shapiro are the editors of Neuromuscular Disorders in Clinical Practice, the most comprehensive and authoritative textbook in the field with chapters contributed by Neuromuscular Center staff.
