A 1 week old infant with Apert syndrome and a cloverleaf scarlet shown following cranial vault remodelling for normalisation of skull growth and development at age 9 months. At age 4 1/2 years he has developed mid face retrusion which is treated with a Le forte III mid-face advancement. The patient is pictured one year thereafter.

An 8 year old male with Alpert syndrome is shown with midface retrusion. He was treated with Le forte III mid-face advancement and he is shown 3 months post distraction as well as long term follow up 6 years later.
