Love your heart. Make a promise to Go Red.

Have you taken these words to heart? If you have a story about how you and your mother, or you and your daughter, have chosen to love your hearts, we want to know about it!

This May, the American Heart Association will partner with The Plain Dealer in a special Go Red For Women/Mothers Day section. In this section, we will highlight stories of how mothers and daughters have chosen to Go Red for themselves, their families and each other. Through your inspirational stories, the American Heart Association hopes to encourage other women in Northeast Ohio to make healthier choices and Go Red in their own way.
