To assist you in paying for your medication, the Bolwell Pharmacy will accept a personal check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or cash, and it honors valid State Medicaid cards, or prescription plan cards issued by QualChoice, PCS, Paid Prescriptions, Cigna, Caremark, Anthem CMIC, BCMH, Ohio Workers' Compensation and Medical Mutual.
