University Hospitals Employee Direct Access (EDA)
(EDA) is designed for that purpose. As an employee you have direct access to your personal information which saves you time by eliminating the need to access, complete, and deliver paper forms.
This is just a sample of what you can do using Employee Direct Access
- View and print your pay advice
- View and update your current address and phone numbers
- Change your Federal tax withholding or direct deposit information
- View your current benefits and select benefit elections during open enrollment periods
- View salary and performance histories.
- Enroll in learning opportunities and view learning history
- Record External Learning events attended

Because EDA uses the same system as human resources, benefits, learning management and payroll, you will have access to the most up-to-date information. You can use Employee Direct Access from any computer that can connect to the Internet. This means you can view and update your information at home or at work, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We understand that not all employees have access to a computer every day, so we encourage you to ask your manager or your Human Resources Representative about where you can access EDA while at work.EDA is a secure application that is part of our Oracle business system. User IDs, passwords, encryption, and other measures achieve EDA security.
