Call the general intake referral line at (216) 844-2400 to refer a patient, request a physician consultation, schedule an appointment or request additional information, or call the Physician Referral Service at (800) 552-8338 or (216) 844-7553. The office is staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weekdays.
