Jeffrey Adanich, OTR/L

Jeff Adanich, OTR/L

Jeff Adanich graduated from Gannon University in Erie, PA with a bachelor’s degree in 1999. He has been a licensed Occupational Therapist since 2000 and has worked at University Hospitals St. John Medical Center for the last four years. He is currently the Lead Inpatient Therapist for the Rehab Department. Jeff has had the opportunity to practice in the acute care hospital, outpatient therapy clinic, acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. His primary areas of interest include hospital based therapy, orthopedic patients, and OT student supervision. Jeff has been a clinical instructor for OTR and COTA students for the last ten years.

Todd Ott, OTR/L, CHT, CWCE, CEAS

Todd Ott, OTR/L, CHT, CWCE, CEAS

Todd Ott earned his degrees from Liberty University and Cleveland State University. He is a Licensed Occupational Therapist and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2003. He really enjoys working with complicated hand and upper extremity injuries. He has experience in develops and implements Transitional Work Programs for employers. Todd develops and implements pre-employment screenings for Northern Ohio industries. He is a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator and has develops transitional work programs to assist injured workers and employers which benefits an employee reentering the work force.

Andrea Patrick, OTR/L, MHS

Andrea Patrick, OTR/L, MHS

Andrea Patrick is an Occupational Therapist with over 25 yrs of experience. She enjoys working with people to improve their quality of life. Cleveland State University is where she received her Occupational Therapy Degree. At the University of Indianapolis she attained her Master of Health Science degree. As an Occupational Therapist she has worked in skilled nursing, acute care, mental health, and rehabilitation. Andrea served two tours in Iraq with the Army Reserve as a Captain teaching self-help skills to soldiers and has been employed at UH St. John Medical Center for 13 years.

Christine Zitello, OTR/L, CLT, LMT

Chris Zitello, OTR/L, CLT, LMT

Christine Zitello is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy. Christine is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and specially trained in Neuro Developmental Treatment. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute rehab, acute care, outpatient, work hardening, a variety of school systems and skilled nursing facilities. Christine’s interests include managing the oncological patient, neurological rehab, and upper/lower extremity lymphedema. She is passionate about working with the breast cancer population, committed to improving quality of life after breast surgery and lymphedema risk management. Christine enjoys spending her free time jet skiing with her husband and caring for her dogs.

Audra Lyons, OTR/L

In 2002 Audra Lyons graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Occupational Therapy. After graduation Audra spent three years working for Royalwood Rehab in several skilled nursing facilities. She then took a position at Marymount Hospital working in acute care for the next three years. In 2008, Audra decided to move into a management position at Olmsted Manor SNF as rehab director. After a year, Audra realized her calling was to work in the acute care setting and took a job at UH St. John Medical Center. Audra has been working at UH St. John Medical Center since February of 2009, and continues her acute care position at Marymount hospital. Audra belongs to the Ohio Occupational Therapy Association and American Occupational Therapy Association. When not at work, Audra is busy at home raising her son Caden and daughter Kyra.

Mary Ellen Brock, COTA/L

Mary Ellen Brock received her Associate of Applied Science in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program from Cuyahoga Community College. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College. Mary Ellen serves as a member of the OTA Advisory Committee at Cuyahoga Community College and also has memberships with the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Ohio Occupational Therapy Association. She joined the UH St. John Medical Center rehab team in September, 2013.

Rachel Crowley, COTA/L

Rachel Crowley, COTA/L

Rachel Crowley is a 2009 graduate of Kent State University with an Associate of Applied Sciences in Occupational Therapy Assistant Technology. After graduation Rachel worked in acute care at Marymount Hospital until 2011. She then relocated to Washington, DC where she worked for Genesis Rehab in a variety of outpatient and skilled nursing facilities. Rachel returned to Cleveland in 2013 where she continued to work for Genesis Rehab at McGregor Home. After her move to Fairview Park and with a desire to return to acute care and be closer to home, Rachel started with UH St. John Medical Center. She has been at UH St. John Medical Center since 2014 and thoroughly enjoys working at UH St. John Medical Center and returning to acute care.

Vicki Chandler, OTR/L

Vicki Chandler, OTR/L

Vicki Chandler graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelors in psychology, a bachelors in health sciences, and a masters in occupational therapy. As a licensed OT in 2011, Vicki began her career at a skilled nursing facility in Westlake. December 2014 is when she became part of the inpatient therapy team at UH St. John Medical Center to pursue new career ventures. She continues to work PRN in a skilled nursing facility and home health care. Vicki has developed her skills working with patients with dementia through continuing education courses and clinical experience. She is passionate about helping others maximize their functional independence for improved quality of life.
