Cancer Survivor Rehabilitation

Our therapists are specially trained in techniques to assist cancer survivors with dealing with physical, emotional and social issues that may affect their quality of life and daily function. Goals of cancer rehab may include:

  • Managing pain
  • Improving endurance
  • Increasing mobility
  • Addressing cognitive issues
  • Providing education and resources for other issues

Clinicians utilize specific exercise protocols, endurance training, balance systems, and cognitive techniques to address the individual’s cancer-related symptoms. Our ultimate aim is to work with each person to maximize functional independence for their day-to-day activities.
