Insurance Navigation
We will work with your insurance company to cover the cost of your medications. This is called “prior authorization,” “pre-approval” or “pre-certification.”
Financial Assistance
Even with insurance coverage, your out-of-pocket costs may be high, depending on your insurance plan. We work with manufacturers, advocacy programs and charities to see if you are eligible for any financial assistance.
Free Delivery
Our technicians handle the shipping and delivery details of your specialty medications and monthly refills. We can provide you with your medications when you visit your UH clinic or deliver them to your home free of charge.
Ongoing Support
Our program offers monthly refill reminders, ongoing clinical monitoring and 24/7 general pharmacy support to help you succeed with your medications.

Our Story
Created in 2019, UH Meds, LLC offers a range of pharmacy services designed to support a patient’s medication needs in the outpatient setting. These services include the management and delivery of retail medications; the supply of complex specialty medications through UH Meds Specialty Pharmacy; the administration of infusion medications at our state-of-the-art UH Meds Outpatient Specialty Care Infusion Center and University Hospitals Outpatient Specialty Clinic & Infusion Center; and the home delivery and management of infusion medications through UH Meds Home Care Pharmacy. By extending an array of pharmacy offerings out into the community, UH Meds helps our patients streamline all of their medical care as we carry out our mission of exceptional service, superior outcomes and highest values.
