Natalie Haynes is the Program Director for the Harrington Discovery Institute. She has over 20 years experience in product management, business development, and marketing for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Baxter Healthcare, Boehringer Ingelheim and the Cleveland Clinic. Prior to joining the Harrington Discovery Institute in 2012, Natalie was a consultant to early-stage diagnostic and therapeutic medical companies with responsibility for new business and product development; program planning and implementation; corporate and product brand management; and strategic marketing of novel technologies.
In her current position, Natalie is responsible for leading all aspects of the Harrington Discovery Institute’s programs and marketing, including the Harrington Scholar-Innovator Award Program, the Foundation Scholar Programs, The Harrington Prize for Innovation in Medicine, and the annual scientific symposium. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.
