The Center for Lifelong Health Offers Patient Care Advocacy and Helps Resolve Problems

University Hospitals Center for Lifelong Health’s patient care advocates answer questions and help patients resolve issues when in care at University Hospitals. They can help with a range of circumstances and issues, including:

  • Advance directives
  • Communication
  • General information about the hospital and community
  • Lost items
  • Policies and procedures
  • Quality of care
  • Safety

If you encounter a problem at UH Center for Lifelong Care, we encourage you to talk directly with your care provider first. If this effort does not result in a satisfactory resolution, or if you would like to speak with someone else, please contact the Patient Care Advocate office. One of our representatives will investigate the problem and explore resolutions.
