Curriculum & Features

The fellowship’s extensive training curriculum goes beyond basic podiatric surgical techniques. Learners gain experience with highly specialized surgical treatment of lower extremity trauma and reconstruction of the rear foot and ankle. The fellowship is a heavily concentrated, hands-on experience – one-on-one, in the operating room – with the program’s attending director, and with an emphasis on each fellow’s special clinical interests.

Participants care for surgical patients at several University Hospitals medical centers and surgery centers in a diverse set of urban, suburban and rural environments in northeast Ohio.
