Applications are accepted through ERAS only.  Applications are eligible for submission and review from September 1st through December 31st only.

Applications and/or requests to review application criteria sent to us via email, fax, U.S mail, or phone calls will not be reviewed.

Applicants who are selected to interview will be contacted via email.

For an application to be complete, it MUST contain the following:

• ERAS Application Form
• Curriculum Vitae
• Personal Statement
• Transcripts
• USMLE Scores or COMLEX Scores
• Deans Letter
• Three Recommendation Letters
• Photo
