Anesthesiology today it is safer than ever. Precise monitoring on the part of trained specialists during the procedure and the use of highly regulated and thoroughly tested drugs assure you that your child will be safe and comfortable.

How will you help my child to remain calm?
Many ways. Our team is excellent with distraction techniques – magic, juggling, stories, puppets, and just about anything else that can relax and comfort your child. What are the rules about eating before surgery?

What kind of side effects might my child experience?
Anesthesia affects the whole body system, and there may be some side effects, although most disappear within twenty-four hours. Our post-op team knows what to expect and is prepared to offer the best possible remedies to help your child rest and recover comfortably.
