The Rainbow Call Center also serves Ask Rainbow!
a public nurse advice service to the local community.
Parents can call to speak to a nurse for
immediate medical advice about their children or
to speak to an on-call physician if a second-opinion is needed.
The Call Center medical staff also replies to the
Ask Rainbow! questions submitted through the Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital website.
