Dr. Cuttler is the Chief of the Division of Endocrinology & Metabolism at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and Professor of Pediatrics and Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University.  She received a Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellowship award, serving on the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, and was selected as Ohio Health Policy Researcher of 2006.

Ann received her MPA degree with a concentration in health policy from the John Glenn School of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.  She worked doing clinical trials research and health policy analysis before joining the Center at Rainbow.


  Joseph Zickafoose, MD
Joe Zickafoose is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics working with the Center for Child Health and Policy at Rainbow.

Dr. Zickafoose is a member of the clinical faculty in General Academic Pediatrics. He received his MD degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital. He is a former chief resident in pediatrics, serving in the position from 2007-2008.
