Child Passenger Safety

Prenatal Car Seat Safety Classes

Over 90% of child restraints are installed or used incorrectly. This program will teach new parents how to install a seat in your automobile and to properly secure your child in the seat. Topics will include proper seat angle, seat tightness and harness adjustment. Car seat safety training instruction by certified technicians from Rainbow/Safe Kids Coalition.

Fee: $30. A Graco car seat may be purchased at this class for $30. To obtain a second car seat for an additional $50, please call 216-844-4000 prior to the scheduled class.
