Why Do Many Pregnant Women Pull Ligaments, Muscles, and Joints?
I’m 6 months pregnant and feel like I’m straining or pulling something in my body every day. Is this normal? If so, why does this happen?

During pregnancy, your body produces a hormone known as relaxin, which is believed to help prepare the body for childbirth. One of the effects of relaxin is the loosening of ligaments throughout your body, making you less stable and more prone to injury.
So it's easy to overstretch or strain yourself, especially the joints in your pelvis, lower back, and knees. Keep this in mind when you choose an activity, whether it's walking around the neighborhood, lifting your toddler, or just doing some housework. Take your time and don't overdo it.
