Leona Cuttler, MD
Leona Cuttler is the founding Director of the Center for Child Health & Policy.

Dr. Cuttler is the Chief of the Division of Endocrinology & Metabolism at UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and Professor of Pediatrics and Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University.  She received a Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellowship award, serving on the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, and was selected as Ohio Health Policy Researcher of 2006.

Ann Nevar, MPA
Ann Nevar is the Coordinator of the Center for Child Health & Policy.

Ann received her MPA degree with a concentration in health policy from the John Glenn School of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.  She worked doing clinical trials research and health policy analysis before joining the Center.

Joseph Zickafoose, MD
Joe Zickafoose is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics working with the Center for Child Health and Policy.

Dr. Zickafoose is a member of the clinical faculty in the Division of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. He received his MD degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed his residency at UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital. He is a former chief resident in pediatrics, serving in the position from 2007-2008.
