Lab Advance Registration

UH Geneva Medical Center is proud to offer advance registration service for patients who require recurring lab visits. Lab Advance Registration provides reduced wait time, superior customer service and quality patient care.

Call 440.415.0162, Option #3 to schedule 24-48 hours in advance.

Patient checklist reminder:

  • Current identification and address
  • Current insurance information
  • Follow the physician’s order for blood draw preparation

Be sure to use the Community Shuttle, a free service of UH Geneva Medical Center for a secure, safe transportation to the hospital or any of the UH outpatient locations in Ashtabula County and Eastern Lake County.

This service is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
