Joint Camp Offers Optimal Recovery with a Gold Seal of Approval

Joint Camp is a program open to all candidates for joint replacements. This integrated approach to care blends a team of skilled surgeons with experienced orthopedic nurses and therapists and begins before the patient undergoes surgery. This award-winning program received The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval based on a high national standards, strict clinical guidelines and improved outcomes of care.

Geriatric Hip Fracture Program

The orthopedics program at UH Parma Medical Center also features a program tailored to the specialized care of older patients with hip fractures. The Geriatric Hip Fracture Program ensures that patients over the age of 60 go to surgery within 24 to 36 hours of diagnosis, speeding the healing process.
