Prepared Childbirth (Based on Lamaze Method) Childbirth classes prepare expectant parents for the physical and emotional aspects of the later stages of
pregnancy, labor and birth. These classes are taken during the last trimester of pregnancy. Couples need to bring two bed pillows and a blanket  to class sessions. For additional information, visit www.lamaze.org.
