Prenatal Yoga Class meets for five sessions from 7pm-8:15pm, Nov 10-Dec 15th (off Nov 24th)
The natural vital and restorative energies of the body and mind are enhanced through gentle yoga postures and breathing work. Even if you have never practiced yoga before, being pregnant can provide the motivation for beginning this healthful practice that you can carry on long after your baby is born. |
