Massage Therapy

Massage can help release muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured soft tissue, promote relaxation and reduce blood pressure. Massage is also known to promote better sleep, support bonding between infants and parents, and create an overall sense of well-being.

The Center for Women’s Health provides a wide variety of medical massage treatments conducted by a registered nurse who is a licensed massage therapist. Therapies include:

  • Swedish massage
  • Deep tissue massage
  • Warm and cool stone massage
  • Prenatal/postpartum and infant massage
  • Therapeutic touch
  • Reflexology
  • Aromatherapy
  • Muscle energy release

Our goal is for you to have a healing and relaxing experience.
