2007 Five Star Sensation

Proceeds to Support University Hospitals Ireland Cancer Center

Five Star Sensation – A Sensational Celebration of food and wine benefiting the Ireland Cancer Center of University Hospitals.

Led by Honorary Chair Chef Wolfgang Puck, this culinary extravaganza is one of the most unique benefits in Cleveland, and is a source of major support for the Ireland Cancer Center. Held for the first time in 1987, this biennial event has provided more than $7 million dollars for the Ireland Cancer Center. These funds support vital research efforts as well as community cancer screenings, cancer information service, and many public education programs.

The 2007 Five Star Sensation sponsored by Huntington Bank will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at the future site of the Ahuja Medical Center in Chagrin Highlands. Under a luminous outdoor tent, patrons will sample the finest delicacies prepared by 35 chefs from across the continental United States, as well as Hawaii and Singapore. To complement the chefs’ cuisine, select wines from 40 premier vintners from the U.S., Australia, Greece and Italy will be featured at the event. In addition, guests will have the opportunity to bid on some fantastic one-of-a-kind items in the silent auction, as well as purchase raffle tickets for a 1 in 1000 chance of winning a 2006 Hyundai Tucson.

Five Star Sensation promises to be a very special evening for a very special cause. We hope that you will join us for the celebration!
