Sarcoma is the uncontrolled growth of cells in connective tissue. It can occur in bone, muscle, fat, nerves and tendons.

We treat the entire range of sarcomas including:

  • Soft tissue sarcoma: It is most common in the legs and arms, around internal organs and in the chest or back.
  • Osteosarcoma: This tumor most commonly appears between ages 10 and 19. It occurs most often in the knee and upper arm.
  • Chrondrosarcoma: This usually affects older adults. It develops in the pelvis, upper leg and shoulders.
  • Ewing sarcoma family of tumors (ESFTs): These tumors are usually found along the backbone and pelvis and in the legs and arms. They most commonly appear in the first two decades of life.
