University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center has the resources medical professionals need to effectively plan and coordinate diagnosis and treatment.

The physician referral department helps connect health care professionals so they may coordinate referrals, discuss atypical or problematic cases, order specialized tests, confirm diagnoses and access the expertise of multiple medical departments and faculty. Physicians seeking second opinions may also access specialists at the center.

Continuing Medical Education

UH Seidman Cancer Center offers a number of programs for continuing medical education (CME). CME credit in specialty areas is available through the CME program at Case Western Research University School of Medicine. Live meetings, conferences, scientific journal presentations and other programs are available both onsite and online.

In addition, grand rounds and the weekly tumor board meeting offer additional opportunities for staying on the cutting edge of diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic cancer.
