It is never too early to learn infant care. Infant Care: Infant care classes provide practical information for first-time parents. This class is usually taken during the second trimester of pregnancy. Topics include:
- choosing your baby’s doctor
- care and characteristics of a newborn
- infant safe sleep environment
- cord and circumcision care
- bathing and dressing the baby
- signs and symptoms of newborn illnesses
- safety concerns
The Happiest Baby on the Block: Expectant and new parents can learn an extraordinary approach to keeping your baby happy. In our Happiest Baby class, new parents will learn step-by-step how to help their baby sleep better and how to soothe even Childbirth/Parenting Education Programs & Servicesthe fussiest baby in minutes...even seconds. Express Breastfeeding: Focuses on a good beginning – initiating breast feeding, practical hints on feeding positions and techniques to establish and maintain breast milk production.
