University Hospitals Geneva Medical Center is dedicated to complete patient satisfaction during recovery toward a healthier tomorrow. Our Patient Family Liaison becomes familiar with the patient, his or her medical history and current condition, as well as future needs. The Patient Family Liaison is available to assist in communication by listening to patient questions and concerns and to understand what is important during the patient's stay.
