UH Geauga Medical Center is proud to offer advance registration service for patients who require recurring lab visits. Lab Advance Registration provides reduced wait time, superior customer service and quality patient care.

Patient checklist reminder:

• Current identification and address
• Current insurance information
• Follow the physician’s order for blood draw preparation

Lab Hours:

Monday through Friday: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
Saturdays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Sunday and Holidays: Closed
