Cynthia is a Registered Dietitian with a Certificate in Adult Weight Management through the American Dietetic Association. She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Nutrition. Dietetics and received her Master's degree in Health Education from Pennsylvania State University. Cynthia has vast experience in weight management counseling throughout her 20 plus years of practice as a clinical dietitian. Ada Haines, RN – 440-285-6475

Ada is the Clinical Coordinator for our Bariatric program here at UH Geauga Medical Center. Ada has been a Registered Nurse for more than 20 years and has experience in cardiac, orthopedics and med surgical, as well as, Bariatrics. Roxanne is the Office and Insurance Coordinator for our program. She has many years medical office experience and is your contact for all of your office related matters including all paperwork and documentation. Roxanne will take care of your scheduling needs and provide guidance with all your health insurance matters including the pre-authorization process needed for your surgery.
