Patient Experience Reviews
Dr. Waters is the most caring, professional, compassionate as well as knowledgeable and brilliant physician I've ever had. She is truly one of a kind, skilled beyond measure yet humble and attentive to her patient's needs thoroughly and consistently. I highly recommend her to anyone, always.
Dr. Waters is an excellent and caring doctor who listens and responds to my health needs.
Dr. Waters and her nurse were both excellent. They made me feel comfortable and the experience was very good.
Dr. Waters is a caring physician. She really listens to her patients.
Very compassionate and dedicated physician
Very good
I love Dr. Waters. She is the primary care physician I have always hoped to find. She always runs late but I am happy to wait because I know I am going to receive the care and concern she shows all of her patients. I trust her and feel I can tell her anything!
Quality healthcare always provided. ***
I like my Doctor or I would not go there she is good
Excellent care
Overall dr waters is excellent and caring and staff was great
I really like Dr. Waters. ***
Dr waters always shows concern for my care, answers all my questions and doesn't rush me. I know when I schedule appointments that the wait will be longer than 15 minutes and I'm ok with this. Her overall care is great. She is down to earth and calm as well as knowledgeable.
Dr.Waters is always open to get me into the office quickly, often on short notice,
Great physician however wait time was over an hour. I think she is overbooked
I love Dr. Waters. She is very caring and compassionate. I just wish the wait time was less.
Dr waters very patient and attentive. Staff very helpful
Dr. Waters is always thorough, considerate and pleasant during my exams. She is a good listener and takes a sincere interest in my health. Thank you.
This office and staff are always professional, courteous and caring towards me and my family members. We are always treated with respect
I've come to learn you will wait to be seen and prescriptions don't all get called in, but Dr. Waters is worth all this.
*** Dr Waters is great to answer all my questions
Dr Waters is excellent, caring Doctor but she is overwhelmed with people trying to see her. She needs help with additional Doctors. I waited 2 hours in lobby with many more individuals. This is totally unacceptable. Help her out.
Dr Waters is fantastic and is the reason I continue to go to this office. She needs more workers to do all the preliminary vitals and medical history. Hire paramedics or anyone with medical training to start the process. The wait time is unacceptable and continues to happen every time I go into this office.
Dr Waters is the best physician I had in quite a while
Good experience.
It was the best in a long long time from my other doctor
I love Dr. Waters and have complete confidence in her. I have told her more about my medical history than I have told my last PCP. I wish the office staff was more consistent and competant. I wish I would get a response sooner when I call for refills. I feel when I call and talk to the staff, they sound like they don't know what they are doing. Check in process is long, and you can have a line of ppl waiting behind you, so no, you aren't going to check in at your appointment time. There is a huge learning curve with their new computer system.
Love being able to do bloodwork at her office. So convenient.
I love Dr. Waters! Her only negative is that you have to wait to see her but I know this so I bring something to read. She is worth the wait! Her recommendation of a CT scan literally saved my life.
The doctor seemed very rushed and overwhelmed. I called back with a question and never received a response.
Experience was fine.
I have had a good experience with Dr Waters since she became my physician.
I'm very happy with Dr Walters office
Dr. Waters is the best.***
Dr Waters is a very compassionate doctor. She listens to you attentively and takes her time with you. I never feel rushed with her. Dr Waters is amazing. ***
Really like Dr Waters but the appointments are made too close together. Always a wait in the exam room.
Dr Waters is one of the best "providers" you have at UH! I wouldn't go to anyone else and have sent everyone I know to her. She really cares about people.
Generally, I'm satisfied with my experince
*** I love Dr Waters ***
Dr. Waters is always caring and professional.
Left message to talk about test results but never received a call back
Very nice doctor. My experience with the staff was great.
Good experience and I like my doctor
Always good care with Dr. Waters.
Dr. Waters is an excellent health care physician. She always interacts in a caring and informative way that is very assuring during my visits.
Dr. Waters is such a kind doctor. She treats me very well. I find the patient records website difficult to use as far as looking at my test results is the only issue I have had.
DR.JUDY is great but short handed staff and wait time was very long but again she doesn't rush you but her former nurse never called back or replied to concerns and questions left numerous messages by phone and e mail .
Always a pleasant experience.
Dr. Waters is an excellent physician ***
A Great doctor
I have been going to this particular office since it first opened. I like seeing female doctors. My regular doctor is Dr ***. But I have also seen Dr Waters many times throughout the years. I think they are both excellent doctors. I had recommended several friends and my family.
I really like Dr. Waters, however, she is over booked and usually running behind. She always spends time with her patients and is very attentive to my care.
My overall experience with Dr. Waters at the appointment was fine. She explained things and was respectful. ***
First visit with Dr. Waters. She is very good
I have been with Dr waters for years; she has always given me the time and talk we need. She is very caring Dr and I have never left feeling that my problems have not been solved.
Dr Waters, is one of the best physicians I've ever had. It is always a pleasure to see her for my yearly checkup. I liked her so much that I recommended her to other people.
Doctor waters always takes time to listen to my issues
Good
I'm so thankful to have Dr Waters as my primary care physician.
Dr. Waters is a wonderfull Dr.
I am happy with doctor waters. Sometimes she runs late but always apologizes. She seems knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Really like Dr Waters, she's caring, competent, always listens, is kind and expresses her concern for me and my family. Her location in Strongsville is very convenient for me. Except for having to wait over 1 & 1/2 hours to see her, the only other problem is parking. Having mobility issues, I would greatly appreciate valet parking at this location. Having a kiosk for beverages or snacks were be greatly appreciated, also.

Dr. Waters is a great physician, but she is always very late. I have gotten used to it and expect to see her within an hour of my appointment time.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
