Dr Riley has always been very attentive and when my husband got Covid she even gave us her cell phone number so that we could call with concerns since he was over 60, with health conditions. We called her when his oxygen went down to the 80's and she had us call an ambulance. Dr Riley kept in touch with my husband every day while he was in the hospital and she reassured me when the hospital doctor asked my husband for permission to intubate if needed. We love Dr Riley, every doctor should be as attentive and competent as she is.

Dr. Riley is amazing and I'm so grateful I found her. She takes time to really listen and understand what I'm experiencing. I feel confident in her treatment approach because I can tell she cares and wants to make the best decision possible. I have a chronic condition and she is the first primary care doctor I've had who really gets it and wants to help be a part of my care.
I wish every UH doctor was as caring and thorough as Dr. Riley. She always takes the time to listen to concerns and talk through treatment options. Additionally, she is down to earth and makes you feel comfortable asking any additional questions you may have. I often recommend her to anyone looking for a GP.

I always have a ton of anxiety when seeing a doctor. I had a lot of bad experiences growing up. It took me a long time to find Dr. Riley. She makes me feel comfortable and heard. I never feel shame or bad about something I need to talk to her about. She always responds respectfully and talks to me in a kind and caring way. She always takes my anxiety about seeing doctors into consideration when referring me to a specialist.

Great doctor
I never have to wait long to be called back to the exam room. The Dr is ready just minutes, explains everything he's going to do, and I'm done! He asks if I have any questions or concerns, answers my questions and explains options. I am very pleased with my care.
