Patient Experience Reviews
Tina is very thorough and her caring attitude makes my appointments valuable. She offers workable solutions to my problems.
Always treated well and listened to .
Awesome service.
Tina Frisna is the best Pain Medicine doctor I have ever had. She is very thoughtful, kind, respectful, and generally concerned with how I am feeling during every appointment. She's the only Pain Management doctor that will take the time to explain things to me or investigate my test results to make sure nothing is overlooked. If I have an issue with my pain health Tine will make sure that I get all the answers she and I need by either doing further testing or referring me to another specialist. I feel very comfortable talking to her and respect her medical knowledge of my issues and the problems that can arise because of my issues. I trust her completely! If possible I would only see her for my pain management. She never puts things off with a wait-and-see attitude. She gets down to business and makes sure that every question she and I have about my health is answered. I have been in Pain Management for 22 years with either bone or nerve issues and Tine is by far the best Pain Management doctor I have ever had the pleasure and privlage of knowing.
Tina is excellent and very caring. She listened and understood everything I spoke about. Wait was 35 minutes but I guess they were extremely busy that day so I can't complain.
Awesome Doctor and Nurse
Very good experience
She is one of the best physicians I've seen at UH. There was a scare UH was shutting down Pain management clinic and abandoning opiate prescriptions to avoid liability. My medication was responsibly reduced incase the clinic was shut down based on what Dr. Brown told everyone. Now there is a clear track to get my medication back to where it was to effectively treat my chronic pain.
The staff and doctors are always attentive and caring
I was well taken care of by Tina, but NO ONE will ever be able to replace Lisa Brown, my normal pain management Dr. I'm unsure of exactly what happened, but letting her go was a huge mistake!
This is an excellent office I hope you don't take Tina away ***
With Dr. *** retiring, saw Tina and she was awesome. Love the way we responded to each other. She is an asset to the Pain Management office at University Hospital
Very professional and efficient
I have been a patient of UH for 16 years, *** Dr *** and Tina have prescribed medicine that helps me live a good life ***
Uh should be extremely honored to have such a wonderful, caring and professional CNP. Absolutely the best care from a CNP I have ever had.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
